Our client had a small fibro house at Guildford and approached us for a consultation. She originally wanted to keep the existing house and put a granny flat in the rear of the property to create dual rental income. After our meeting she reviewed her financial position and decided to proceed with our suggestion to build a Torrens titled Duplex. We worked closely with her on an economical design to ensure she didn’t overcapitalise. The project was a complete success and as a result our client has retained both properties and receives rental income for both.
