The original home was purchased by The Hipwell Group with an approved development application. We made some internal adjustments to ensure we maximised functional/ideal living and the result speaks for itself. The construction took a bit longer than expected with the covid19 lockdowns and restrictions across Sydney & Greater Sydney implemented midday through construction however it allowed for more time to perfect the finishes and focus on the quality.
