Our client (friends of ours) had a small fibro house in Kirrawee and approached us for a consultation on their back garage. Their original plans were to turn their garage into an entertaining room. After our meeting we told them their property fit the criteria for an attached dual occupancy. They reviewed their financial position and decided to proceed with our suggestion to build a Torrens titled Duplex. They gave us their budget and we produced a design that would be achievable. The project was a success and as a result our client has retained both properties living in one and leasing the other.
